As our boutique is closing soon, all discounted items — including hijabs on sale — as well as the Keffiyeh Hijab (sold to support Gaza) will be final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable. We kindly ask you to double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Before 15 april 2025 : “All returns for a refund, whether the order qualified for free shipping or not, will have AED 15 deducted from the refunded amount.”

ITEMS NOT ELEGIBLE FOR RETURNS

ALL purchases made during promotional sale periods such as BLACK FRIDAY, RAMADAN SALES, EID SALES events or any markdown items are non-refundable and considered FINAL sale. Any items marked Final Sale will not be approved for returns. We do not offer price adjustments, returns, credits, or exchanges for items the went on sale after your purchase date.
All Orders that have any discount codes applied at checkout will be considered as final sale including any coupon codes or promo codes given through any of our promotional platforms are considered as final sale.
All gift cards, gift boxes, hijab bundles, and sale hijabs are considered as final sale.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In the rare case you receive a damaged or defective product we offer 100% money back guarantee as long as we are notified within TWO DAYS of receiving your order. If your product is not 100% perfect we will offer you a full refund. We can ship you a new product at no additional cost to you. You can email our Customer Care team at any time with your concerns.
